Manual Handling Training
The Manual Handling theory training takes place via our online training portal. The course is divided into 7 modules that cover the following:
- What is Manual Handling
- Law
- Safe Handling
- Learning Safe Handling Habits
- Practical Manual Handling Solutions
- Use of Mechanical Aids
You must complete the Online Theory before doing your practical. It takes about 1hr 30mins.

Step 02
Book a date and Time to perform your practical
Duration: Approx 15 minutes
The Manual Handling practical session is conducted via ZOOM with our course coordinator. When you book you will receive a zoom link to access the session.
You will need a box and space to perform the practical demonstration.
When you have completed both the theory & practical, you will receive your Certificate which is valid for 3 years.
